PRODUCT INFORMATION

• Unbeatable for baking bread!
• Capacity 7 liters, maximum dough quantity 5 kg.
• For doughs up to 1.5 litres liquid content.
• Bowl made of stainless steel
• Lid made of BPA-free polyethylene.
• With the included lid, the dough can remain in the bowl to rise.
• Thanks to the high rim of the lid, the dough can rise higher than the rim of the stainless steel bowl.
• The stainless steel bowl fits all Assistent models from N1–N30.

ASSEMBLY

• The stainless steel bowl is placed on the drive socket A of the assistant. The torque is transferred to the bowl from below. If the arm is in the way, you can easily loosen the arm with the adjusting screw.

CLEANING

• The stainless steel bowl and lid are dishwasher safe, but always place the lid in the top rack. This will prevent deformation, which can occur during very hot washing programs.

TIPS!

• The lid prevents the dough from drying out. It also helps yeast and sourdough rise more evenly.
• For bread, doughs with 1 litre of liquid fit into the stainless steel bowl even when rising.
• If you are working with doughs that contain more than 1.5 liters of liquid, place the dough in a larger bowl to rise or divide the dough into two bowls.
