PRODUCT INFORMATION

• The strainer attachment is used to strain fruit and berries into a puree or mash. Cut stone fruit into pieces and remove the stone.
• Use the adjusting screw to set how firm or soft you want the puree to be. For best results, always start at the innermost position.
• The straining attachment consists of a straining screw, valve, straining tube, adjusting screw and straining channel.
• The strainer attachment fits the meat grinder model 10, which you can recognize by the number 10 on the blade.

ASSEMBLY

• First, place the meat grinder with the associated auger onto the drive socket A. Place the straining attachment onto the meat grinder auger and secure everything with the locking ring. Turn the assistant on its side and attach the splash guard and the tray.

CLEANING

• Wash the strainer attachment by hand.

TIPS!

• Tomatoes, berries, pitted plums and cherries can be pureed raw, while apples must be briefly blanched beforehand.
• Put on the splash guard when passing.
• You can run the residue that comes out of the strainer through the machine several times to get even more fruit puree.
