PRODUCT INFORMATION

• Use the whisk attachment when you want to mix batter or simple butter-based doughs such as cookies or quiches.
• When you mix dough with butter, the butter should be at room temperature or liquid.

ASSEMBLY

• Insert the rod into the drive socket A and place the mixing bowl on top so that the handle is facing forwards. Press the bowl down and turn it so that it sits on the assistant. Attach the planetary beater with the inserted beaters to the rod. Attention! When you switch between the whisk and the mixer, make sure that you hear a "click" when you insert the beaters into the head of the beater.

CLEANING

• Wash the beaters and the planetary beater by hand.
