PRODUCT INFORMATION

• The rolling pin is unique with its kneading technique. A real cult object since the invention of the Assistent.
• When working with the rolling pin, insert the dough scraper to direct the dough into the center of the bowl.
• The rolling pin fits all Assistent models (N1–N30).

ASSEMBLY

• The rolling pin is attached to the arm with the pin. To loosen the arm, turn the adjustment screw. To insert the rolling pin, pull up the pin, place the rolling pin under the pin and push the pin back down.

CLEANING

• The rolling pin is dishwasher safe.

TIPS!

• The kneading will start better if you first move your arm back and forth from the edge to the middle of the bowl several times.
• Fix the arm a few centimeters from the edge so that the dough does not rise over the edge.
• The rolling pin can also be used for mixing minced meat, sausage meat, pie fillings, mashed potatoes, herb butter, cold dishes, etc.
• For gluten-free baking we recommend the rolling pin.
