- 250 ml milk
- 3 gingerbread cookies
- 1 teaspoon brown sugar

- Assemble the Ankarsrum with the grain mill.
- Grind coffee beans and brew strong coffee.
- Heat the milk.
- Assemble the Ankarsrum with the mixer.
- Finely mix gingerbread cookies, sugar and spices.
- Add hot coffee and milk to the spice mixture and mix well.
- Pour into two cups or glasses.
- Assemble the Ankarsrum using the mixing bowl and whisk.
- Whip the cream and mix with crumbled gingerbread cookies.
- Garnish the latte with the cream-gingerbread mixture.
