gingerbread milk coffee

This festive gingerbread milk coffee is the ideal companion for cozy winter evenings or as a special treat on Christmas morning. The combination of aromatic coffee, spicy gingerbread spices and a hint of spiciness from the cayenne pepper creates a unique taste experience. The drink is crowned with a light cream topping with crispy gingerbread crumbs, which gives the whole thing a luxurious touch.

Ingredients
  • 500 ml of coffee
  • 250 ml milk
  • 3 gingerbread cookies
  • 1 teaspoon brown sugar
  • 0.5 tbsp cinnamon
  • 1 pinch of cayenne pepper

    • 100 ml cream
    • 2 gingerbread cookies

      preparation
      1. Assemble the Ankarsrum with the grain mill.
      2. Grind coffee beans and brew strong coffee.
      3. Heat the milk.
      4. Assemble the Ankarsrum with the mixer.
      5. Finely mix gingerbread cookies, sugar and spices.
      6. Add hot coffee and milk to the spice mixture and mix well.
      7. Pour into two cups or glasses.
      8. Assemble the Ankarsrum using the mixing bowl and whisk.
      9. Whip the cream and mix with crumbled gingerbread cookies.
      10. Garnish the latte with the cream-gingerbread mixture.
