- 150 g butter
- 135 g sugar
- 1 g saffron
- 3 tablespoons syrup
- 220-240 g flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 100 g white chocolate

- Preheat oven to 175°C
- Line the baking tray with baking paper
- Crush saffron with some sugar
- Chop white chocolate

- Assemble the Ankarsrum with the mixing bowl and the whisk (single loop stirrer)
- Whisk together soft butter, saffron, sugar and syrup
- Mix flour and baking powder and add to the dough
Final steps
- Divide the dough into two pieces and form into long rolls
- Place dough pieces on baking tray and press lightly
- Cut along the middle
- Fill with white chocolate
- Bake on the middle rack for 10-12 minutes
- Allow to cool slightly on the baking tray
